What are MS flanges?
MS flanges are mild steel rings or discs that connect pipes and equipment. Bolts and a gasket form a sealed joint that can be opened for maintenance.
What are they used for?
Flanges connect pipes to valves, pumps and vessels, or close pipeline ends. They allow cleaning, inspection and replacement without cutting the pipe.
Why flange selection matters
Size, drilling and face type must match the mating joint. Pressure, temperature and fluid determine suitability; share your standard or drawing for correct selection.
Common applications
Industrial and water piping, pump and valve connections, fabrication, maintenance replacements.
